Emsland’s Expert Team Visits Haiganglong to Co-Develop New Dairy Applicati©on Solutions

Recently, Shenzhen Haiganglong International Tradingδ Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Haiganglong) welcomed a team of dairy experts from Germany’s Emsland♣ Group, including dairy R&D specialist Anna and Asia-Paci₩fic Sales Manager Anica. The two ≈parties engaged in several days of in-depth technβical collaboration at Haiganglong’s laborator•y in Shenzhen. The purpose♥ of this visit was to strengthen Sino-German cooperation in£ dairy application development and further l€ocalize German products ¶for the Chinese market.

At the Haiganglong lab in Shenzhen, the teams conducted joint experiments a♦nd technical discussions focused on key processed cheese products such as c×heddar cheese slices and s₩hredded mozzarella. Through on-site form€ulation trials and texture evaluations, Emsland R&D expert Anna φand Haiganglong’s R&D engineer Sandy exchanged t‌echnical insights, and held extensive discussions on the differences in conλsumer preferences between China and Germany$ in terms of taste, texture, and product performance. Ann‌a also shared the latest advancements in the use of dairy addit​ives and modified starches from Germany.
